Do not disturb

You can place your “Do not disturb” sign on the outside of your room door to ensure your privacy. Please note your room will not be serviced if this sign is in place between 9am and 4pm.


Laundry Service

You can complete the Guest Laundry Service Form, put your items in the laundry bag and bring them to reception. All garment collected before 9am will be returned on the same day.

You are welcome to use our business centre computers in our lobby on the ground floor at any time.

In room safes

It is not recommended to leave valuables in your room. The hotel assumes no liability for valuables left in the room. You may store your valuables by using the safe provided in your room by following the instruction attached to the safe.


Toiletries / Amenities

For your convenience, complimentary emergency toiletries such as razor, shaving foam, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, sanitary napkins, sewing kits, slippers and shower caps are available at no charge from reception 24 hours per day / We also have additional blankets, pillows, soap, shampoo, towels etc. available, please contact reception to be served.

Hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available in every guest room.

Breakages and Damages

Please report any breakages, missing items or damaged property to reception. The cost of replacement or repair of any item broken or damaged may be the responsible of the guest.



Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest room and on the walkways.

Smoking is permitted in the smoking corner beside the rear fire stairs of each floor. You can also smoke on your room balcony, but please make sure to close your balcony door fully.

If the emergency fire services are called to the site due to the alarm being set off by your smoking, you will be liable for the $1,800.00 fine handed down by the Fire Department for false alarms.
